One of the biggest challenges with industrial vacuums is inconsistent suction. Over time, even the most powerful vacuums lose their initial suction power. The Turbo6000plus industrial vacuum, equipped with Taiwanese dust cartridge filters, maintains its initial suction power for years, providing consistent suction and acting as an air purifier to create a clean and healthy work environment for employees.

No loss of suction

Multi-layer filtration

The suction power of a vacuum cleaner depends on two primary factors: the power of the electric motor and the surface area of the filters. If an industrial vacuum employs a large electric motor but has insufficient filter surface area, the air outlets in the filters become clogged after a few days, resulting in a loss of suction power. (In European countries, 5.5 horsepower motors are never used in twin vacuum) because the powerful motor quickly clogs the filter pores, causing the device to lose its suction capacity.

Due to the pleated design of the cartridge filters, the filter surface area is significantly increased. This design feature enables the Turbo6000plus airless industrial vacuum to maintain its initial suction power for years without any loss of performance.

Manual filter cleaning system

After each use, conventional vacuum bags typically require manual cleaning, often involving striking the bag to dislodge dust and debris. This method is inefficient and increases the risk of damaging the bag.

However, the havapad Turbo6000plus industrial vacuum features a unique cartridge filter cleaning system. A simple half-turn of a lever initiates a cleaning process that thoroughly removes accumulated particles, ensuring optimal performance.

Workshop air cleaning

Taiwan-made cartridge dust filters, with a filtration rating of 1 to 3 microns, are capable of not only capturing all dust particles generated by woodworking machinery but also serving as a workshop air purifier. This creates a clean and healthy working environment for employees.

Fabric bags, while commonly used as filters, do not function as true filters. Extremely fine particles can easily pass through the fabric’s weave and re-enter the workshop environment.

Long filter life

Cartridge filters typically exhibit a longer lifespan compared to fabric bag filters. Additionally, the cartridge design allows for easy cleaning and regeneration using compressed air or washing, enabling repeated use.

The versatility of cartridge filters is further enhanced by their compatibility with a wide range of vacuum systems.

A standard centrifugal fan

Naturally, as the electric motor increases in size, the corresponding fan dimensions must also increase to prevent internal turbulence, overheating, and excessive noise. A 75 cm fan is an appropriate choice for a 5.5 hp motor. However, to minimize material waste, many vacuum manufacturers limit fan sizes to 62 cm or less.

The 77 cm centrifugal fan in the Hawapad workshop vacuum has significantly reduced noise levels and enables the displacement of a larger volume of dust.

35 cm fan outlet

The fan outlet plays a crucial role in suction capacity. Imagine dust from two woodworking machines (CNC and table saw) being drawn into the fan at high speed. The impeller directs all the dust toward the outlet during its first rotation. However, if the outlet is too small, only a portion of the dust can escape, causing the rest to recirculate with the impeller.

The Hawapad vacuum’s 35 cm fan outlet, with its high suction capacity, transfers the dust from three woodworking machines to the collection bags during the impeller’s first rotation.

20 cm fan inlet

Industrial vacuums have a significant advantage over traditional industrial vacuum cleaners in terms of inlet diameter. A larger inlet diameter results in increased suction capacity. The Turbo 6000 vacuum’s 20 cm inlet, compared to the 15 cm inlets found in other models, allows for significantly higher suction and enables the use of a 1:4 splitter, providing four 10 cm inlets to connect to four woodworking machines.

German-designed backward-curved conical impeller

Conical impellers, also known as high-pressure impellers, offer nearly double the pressure capacity compared to other impeller designs due to their conical shape. The blades are backward curved, significantly reducing noise levels.

Hawapad workshop vacuum conical impellers undergo a three-stage balancing process (manual, static, and dynamic) to eliminate vibrations. Constructed from steel with a cast iron hub, these impellers are backed by a 10-year warranty.

Extremely sturdy body

Heavy-duty 30×60 profile frame

Unlike frames constructed from bent sheet metal or tubing, Hawapad workshop vacuums feature a heavy-duty 30×60 profile chassis. This robust design allows for the secure bolting of large 10 cm industrial casters, ensuring durability during frequent transportation. Additionally, the chassis maintains its level position even when the dust bags are full, preventing leaks.

The large dimensions of the ducts in the Havapad vacuum system reduce wind noise and howling, and significantly improve the suction power of the device.

Additional features

Full device protection switch

To prevent all electrical hazards such as phase imbalance, voltage fluctuations, and overloads, a protective switch has been installed on the Havapad vacuum device to guarantee the protection of the device against all damages.

Efficient vacuum cleaner

Hitting two birds with one stone, the 5cm vacuum adapter on this device allows you to easily clean the surrounding area and, when connected to a trimmer, collect fine dust particles.

Four 10-centimeter diameter inlets

The device features a 1-to-4 adapter, creating four 10cm diameter ports for connection to four woodworking machines. Each port can be sealed with a cover when not in use.
